It has always been a passion of mine.

I learned my culinary skills from my Italian grandmother, Dad, and Uncle. Living with my grandmother as I grew up I would watch her make gravy (sauce), countless meatballs, and ever pasta dish imaginable. My dad and uncle taught me so many valuable lessons in the kitchen. My uncle was a cook in the army, then a chef at the Frontier Hotel and Casino. He then furthered his career in food purchasing for chefs and restaurants for the Bellagio before retiring. Christmas and holidays are amazing at our house. Homemade Italian sausage, pasta, arancini, stuffed artichokes, and unsurpassed delicious fish dishes. Family recipes were shared from generations and have been passed down. We love to celebrate all events and share our passion for cooking and good food.
